The easiest scene to sync is when Rocky first says, "My name is Rocky." If the subtitle appears exactly when the word "Rocky" leaves his lips, your file is perfect. If it appears during "My name," it’s too early. Adjust accordingly.
Press H to speed up the subtitles (if they are lagging behind) or G to delay the subtitles (if they are appearing too early). Each press shifts the time by 50 milliseconds.
