You may also need to ensure ports for related services, like RPC (port 135), are open for initial policy communication. The built-in CmRcService on the client will listen for these incoming connections.
To activate this feature, you must configure the within the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager console.
Navigate to Assets and Compliance, select Devices or Device Collections, right-click the target computer, and choose Start > Remote Control. The viewer will open and establish connection to the Windows 10 client.
In the field, enter the Computer Name or IP Address of the target Windows 10 machine. Click Connect .
Copy the following to a new folder (e.g., C:\SCCM-RemoteControl ): CmRcViewer.exe (The main application) rdpcorets.dll
