: Open This PC or My Computer on your desktop. Look for a drive labeled Movitel , Dcom , or Viettel . Double-click the setup.exe or install.exe file inside. Re-check the APN settings (should be internet )
: Once plugged in, your computer should detect the new hardware and prompt you to install the Movitel connection management software . restart your PC
Unplug the device, restart your PC, and try a different USB port.
