This artifact is in the possession of the sea witch Xiefeng (Katsuni), who intends to use its dark magic to resurrect the presumably dead Victor Stagnetti from the depths of hell. The mission quickly spirals out of control. Jules is captured, leading to a climactic battle where the resurrected Stagnetti, imbued with demonic powers, fights the crew as they attempt to rescue Jules and prevent the artifact from being used to summon a giant sea dragon.
