Mr. Bean works as a clueless security guard at the Royal National Gallery in London. To get rid of him, the gallery governors send him to California to transfer a famous US painting called Whistler's Mother . Chaos ensues as Bean accidentally ruins the multi-million dollar painting and tries to fix it using unconventional methods.
